4.EACHARTICLEMUSTQUALIFY:Itshouldbenotedthatalltheproductsinaconsignmentmustqualifyseparatelyintheirownright.Thisisofparticularrelevancewhensimilararticlesofdifferentsizesorsparepartsaresent.

5.DESCRIPTIONOFPRODUCTS:ThedescriptionofproductsmustbesufficientlydetailedtoenabletheproductstobeidentifiedbytheCustomsOfficersexaminingthem.Nameofmanufacturer,anytrademarkshallalsobespecified.

6.TheHarmonisedSystemnumbershallbethatoftheimportingParty.

7.Theterm“Exporter”inBox11mayincludethemanufacturerortheproducer.InthecaseofMCtheterm“Exporter”alsoincludestheexporterintheintermediateParty,

8.FOROFFICIALUSE:TheCustomsAuthorityoftheimportingPartymustindicate(()intherelevantboxesincolumn4whetherornotpreferentialtreatmentisaccorded

9.MovementCertificate:IncasesofMovementCertificate,inaccordancewithRule12oftheOperationalCertificationProcedures,“MovementCertificate”inBox13shouldbeticked(√).ThenameoforiginalIssuingAuthoritiesoftheParty,dateoftheissuanceandthereferencenumberoftheoriginalCertificateofOrigin(FormE)tobeindicatedinBox13.

10.THIRDPARTYINVOICING:Incaseswhereinvoicesareissuedbyathirdcountry,“theThirdPartyInvoicing”inBox13shallbeticked(√).TheinvoicenumbershallbeindicatedinBox10.InformationsuchasnameandcountryofthecompanyissuingtheinvoiceshallbeindicatedinBox7.
